Serenity's P.O.V

Flashback:

"Just go away" I pushed Chris away.

He always hurts me, he always got on with my father.

Almost like best friends.

"No I want you, you're mine!" My back was pushed into a tree making me whimper.

"Please Chris go away, when my brothers find out..." I was cut of by a slab.

The slap made my face fly to the side and a sob come out of my mouth.

"Your brothers will do shit, their weak and they can't anything because no one cares about you! Not even them!" He screamed.

I released a huge sob and was ready to give up on everything, then a light appeared.

"I do!" The new voice spoke.

I looked over to see a boy around my age, maybe even a little older.

I fell to the floor, well dropped to the floor; however all I could think about is how that was a mistake on his behalf.

Within seconds Chris was halfway across the woods and the boy was by my side, he picked me up into his arms and we sped of somewhere.

My arms was wrapped around him tightly because of the speed, however I studied him closely.

"you're a vampire" I stated in a shy voice.

he looked Down and smirked a little at me.

"And you're not as dumb as you make out you are" with that I looked down into my lap blushing.

"I told you to get my dearest niece not flirt with her" his voice rang out from nowhere making me brighten up instantly.

"UNCLE VLAD!!" I jumped out of the strangers arms and into the air.

In no time I was in my uncle vlad's arms as he laughs.

"Still got it haven't you" he kissed my forehead as I nodded.

I looked back at the stranger and for some reason I jumped into his arms.

A rabbit jumped past us slowly.

"Oh look lunch" uncle vlad said quickly and disappeared making me and the stranger laugh.

"Serenity" I said as I climbed down and offered him my hand, which he took.

"Damon" he said smiling at me, oh my.

"So young pup, does that mutt always give you trouble?" he asked narrowing his eyes at me making me smile at his sudden possessiveness.

"If you mean Chris, then yes he makes my life hell" I sighed and touched his face as his eyes turned black and his teeth came out.

"Damon? please just calm down" surprisingly he did what I added.

From then on he would always show up when I needed him most.

We became so close and I did not know what I'd do without him.

But when he left it was the hardest thing to ever happen.

"Why do you always save me?" I whispered for the last time as I hugged him.

I had to ask the question that has always been in my mind, since I met him.

He kissed my forehead and smiled blinking his own tears away.

"Because you're my girl" and with that he was gone.

And I was to never see my best friend again.

Or so I thought.

Ryder's P.O.V

They know about me now and for once I could not care less.

I growled at everyone, feeling my hybrid take control.

I felt isolated and irritated.

Everything was too close, everyone was two light.

I'm going to...

'Your going to chill the fuck out or I'm not bringing her back" the same voice that belonged to the vampire early spoke.

"How The hell..." I mumbled in my head.

"There's things you don't know about me ryder, but know that I can do things others can't and I'm only here to ensure serenity's safety"

"What's your name?"

"My name is Damon"

"Thank you Damon"

Everything was silent for a moment before he spoke some words that made my heart skip a beat.

"I have your sister and serenity, I'm bringing them back to you"

Jon's P.O.V

A HYBRID!!!

Ryder's a fucking hybrid!!

Okay let me feel you in.

Legend has it; the hybrid is the second most powerful supernatural being alive but it's not the first.

They are known for their speed.

Their fighting skills.

However they are mostly known for their appearance, giving them different names.

But the most uncommon name is 'the midnight beasts'

They are the most rare hybrids.

That's what Ryder is.

You see his wolf is black with wings but that not the best part.

The best part is that he can shape shift when his In wolf form.

Why has he hid this from everyone?

"Fuck, ry calm down" Jacobs voice said but it didn't work then what Jacob did next surprise me.

His voice suddenly changed to that of my sisters.

"come on baby, it's okay I'm coming home I promise I'm coming home".

you could see him calm down but then he started whimpering and let out a heartbroken howl.

But all that stopped and it looked like he was mind linking someone.

His whole body language changed and he stood near the window, looking out for something.

I was full of so much confusion, that was until...

My sisters sent was smelt on the borders, when he breathed it in he ran out the door followed with me, micheal, Jacob and the best fighters.

Here we come my dearest sister.

Serenity's P.OV

The rain was so heavy on my weak body as the figure laid me down and Sarah next to me.

I couldn't move, I couldn't do anything but I managed to let a few words slip out.

"Why did you save me. us." I tried fighting the darkness but it was getting harder.

"Because you're my girl and she's you're friend, happy new year ren" he said, I felt something on my forehead.

It oddly soothes me then I blacked out with only one thought at that moment.

My Damon's back.

Damon's P.O.V

I watched as that Ryder picked up serenity and Jacob picked up Sarah.

Ryder scanned serenity's face and body with worried eyes.

I lean against the tree that I'm standing on.

High up so they cannot see me.

They start walking back to what I guess would be the pack house.

"Is she okay?" A voice range out, I did not bother to turn around.

I knew who it was.

"She's scrapped and bruised. However she will heal. Hopefully-" I now turned to look at him.

"How is phoebe-Leigh's daughter harmony?"

"Everything's pretty much in place, she will be ready in no time. Her and Raphael are inseparable" all I did was nod.

"Vlad I hope you know what your doing when it comes to serenity"

"And I pray as do you" he replied before he was gone, I turned around to look back at the house now in view.

"Soon my queen, very soon"

A/N

Not only did I have to edit and add more into this chapter, I also had to rearrange it.

I know there are a lot of POV's. But hey I love this chapter.
