I opened my eyes to see my mother beside me. I got no idea how I landed here, I tried to stand up but I was too weak to do so. I look so pale and weak. I asked my mum what happened and she told me we were saved by some vigilantee. I cried and kept on begging my mom for forgiveness.
My dad came in and was smiling, I smiled back and I was embarrassed once again. How could I, why would I, why should I. "I'm so sorry " I said once again
"You don't need to apologise," my dad said "you were just trying to save that innocent girl"
"INNOCENT VIVIAN INNOCENT" I said to myself "If you know how she has always treated me you will drown her yourself" I chuckled.
"But next time try to call for help" added my mum
"Yeah mom,always call for help before jumping into your death" we laughed

It been a month and i'm back in school. I'm ugly but I don't care anymore, i'm happy because am special. Being ugly is a different version of beauty, so I don't care.
I entered the classroom feeling like a queen but low key I was scared but I tried to look brave. I sat down brought out my books trying to ignore the world and it's noise.
"You should have drowned why did you come back"
"Maybe you are too ugly for the water to drown you"
"You so ugly bitch"
"NO SHE'S NOT"
For the first time in my life I felt so fortunate. I was like am I imagining or was it real. I looked up to see my hero *VIVIAN WOW. I was so surprised, I was out of words.
"No she's not," she continued "she's the most beautiful creation have ever seen," " Despite everything I've done to her, she risked her life to save me"
"She might be ugly on the outside but she's so beautiful on the inside," " I called that INNER BEAUTY"
"INNER BEAUTY," I thought to myself "I like that,"
"Please will you forgive me for everything I've done to you," she said
"I've forgiving you a long time ago" I smiled
"Can we be friends" she asked

All I could say was okay and she sat beside me.

I told my family how today was the best day of my life. It was the first day I was ever excited to be in school. I told them everything how Vivian stood up for me and how she wants to be my friend.
"Mum, Dad, I have a confession to make," I said "actually, i was trying to take my life because I was bullied and I couldn't take it anymore"
"I'm so sorry, please forgive me," I cried
My mum started crying "why would you do this to me"she said
"I'm so sorry mum"
"After everything i'm grateful we are all okay and there is no bad news" my dad concluded
"You were going through all this and you decided not to tell me anything" my mum said disappointed
"I'm sorry mum" I said crying
"It's okay my dear don't cry but next time try to talk to me" she concluded wiping my tears off
"I will mum, I will"
"I might be ugly but I got some INNER BEAUTY IN ME" I smiled
"Wow I love your confident" my dad said grinning
"I'm sorry sis for everything please forgive me" said Lola
"No Lola it's fine, you will always be my cute little sis"
And we ate our supper with a great laughter in the house. What a happy family *chuckles*
