Synopsis

For me, ‘60’s TV’ didn’t just change Malaysian music in the 90’s. It wasn’t just an anthem for a young generation seeking liberation from manufactured music. It certainly wasn’t just the song that inspired obscure bands to hold fast to that dream that mainstream success wasn’t just reserved for mainstream music, and that one day, their brand of obscurity could find itself on the mainstream charts, a foreshadow of the eventual success of indie music at the dawn of the new millennium.
